By accessing and using Joobaa! ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

2. User Accounts & Registration

Location Data Disclaimer: Business location information may utilize PIN code data sourced from the Government of India's open data portal (data.gov.in). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of location data. Businesses are responsible for verifying their own location details.
Important: You represent and warrant that all business information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Misleading or false information may result in removal of your listing.

4. Content Guidelines

Permitted Content

  • Accurate business descriptions
  • Legitimate contact information
  • Professional business photos
  • Honest customer reviews
  • Relevant service information

Prohibited Content

  • False or misleading information
  • Spam or promotional content
  • Illegal or offensive material
  • Copyrighted material without permission
  • Personal information of others

5. Prohibited Uses

Platform Misuse

  • Spamming other users or businesses
  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Impersonation or false representation
  • Posting illegal or harmful content
  • Automated data scraping without permission

Illegal Activities

  • Posting fraudulent business listings
  • Unauthorized commercial use
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Hacking or security breaches
  • Violating applicable laws and regulations
Consequences: Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account suspension, removal of listings, and/or legal action at our discretion.

Our Intellectual Property

Joobaa! name, logo, and all related graphics are trademarks of our company.

Software & Platform

The platform code, design, and architecture are our proprietary property.

User Content License

By submitting content, you grant us a license to display it on our platform.

7. Location Data Terms

Government-Sourced Location Information

PIN Code Database: Joobaa! utilizes location data, including PIN codes, sourced from the Government of India's Open Data Platform (data.gov.in). This data originates from India Post and is used to provide location-based services on our platform.

User Acknowledgement

By using our location-based services, you acknowledge that the PIN code and location data is derived from government sources and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

Important Limitations

We provide this data on an "as-is" basis. For critical postal or location requirements, users must verify information with India Post or relevant authorities.
